At Acme Design, every product is crafted exclusively to order, following a process rooted in precision, craftsmanship, and dialogue. Each item is made by hand, starting from the careful selection of the marble—chosen by the client from a curated range of available stones—up to the definition of finishes and proportions. The result is not only a functional object, but a unique expression of material, form, and intention.

Order Confirmation and Terms

Given the bespoke nature of our work, products cannot be returned or cancelled once the order has been formally confirmed. However, we ensure full transparency before production begins. Clients receive a comprehensive quote outlining material specifications, customization details, production timeline, delivery estimates, and shipping costs.

Safe and Specialized Shipping

Our shipping process is tailored to the nature of each item. We rely on specialized couriers with experience in handling heavy, high-value materials such as marble. Packaging is designed ad hoc to protect each object during every stage of transit, mitigating risk and ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition.

Due to the varying dimensions, weights, and destinations of our pieces, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis and specified during the quotation stage. Likewise, delivery times may vary depending on the availability of selected materials, the complexity of the design, and production schedules. These details are confirmed prior to finalizing the order, and clients are kept informed throughout the process.

Please note that any change requests submitted after the final approval of the project may affect both delivery timelines and overall costs. In such cases, a revised proposal will be issued and subject to client confirmation.
